What your Rust server
gets. Today.

What ships on every Rust server today, and what we are still building, labelled as such. One wipe schedule that does the server-browser work for you, a console and every file, and backups you restore in one click.

Wipe
Autopilot.

Not built yet — this is what we are building. Today your schedule drives the in-game countdown and your cadence tag in the server browser, and you update and wipe from the dashboard. Autopilot is the next piece: the whole run in the right order, logged step by step, so you can see exactly what happened.

  • Planned: countdown in game chat and on Discord before the server goes down
  • Planned: updates Rust, then Oxide or Carbon, then your plugins, in that order
  • Planned: map, BP or full wipe, with a random seed or the custom map you queued
  • Planned: dry run any time, and abort during the countdown if something's off

  • Oxide, Carbon or vanilla

Switch between them from Server Settings whenever you like, with no support ticket. The change applies on the next restart.

  • Your map size, your seed

Procedural maps at the world size and seed you choose, set from your dashboard and applied on the next restart.

  • Wipe files, written down

We wiped a test server by hand and published exactly which files a map or BP wipe deletes, including the rolling saves most guides miss. Read the guide.

  • Force-wipe calendar

The schedule knows Facepunch's first-Thursday, 19:00 London force wipe, so a monthly wipe lines up with it without you counting weeks.

02 · Panel & files

Your server.
Every file.

A live console in the browser, a file manager and SFTP over the whole server, and Oxide, Carbon or vanilla from one dropdown. Plugins go in the way you already know: drop the file in the plugins folder.

  • Browser console with the live server log
  • File manager and SFTP over the whole server directory
  • Sub-users for your admins, each with their own access level
  • Sub-users for your admins

Give each admin their own login at View, Operator, Manager or Admin level, instead of sharing yours.

  • Browser console

Run commands and watch the live server log from your dashboard. Every server gets its own random RCON password.

  • Full file access

Web file manager and SFTP over your whole server directory. Edit configs, drop in plugins, pull your saves down whenever you want them.

  • Import from your old host

Paste your old host's SFTP details into the Import tab, preview what is there, and copy the folders you pick. Your old server is only read, never changed.

03 · Growth

Grow the pop
on purpose.

On 19 October 2026 we pulled every public Rust server from Steam's master list: 11,502 servers and 43,945 players. Servers advertising a wipe cadence averaged 6.4 players. Servers without one averaged 0.8, and 657 of the 711 servers with ten or more players had one set. Correlation, not a promise — but 46% of Rust servers still advertise nothing, and yours will not be one of them.

  • Advertised cadence. Across all 11,502 public Rust servers, the ones advertising a wipe cadence averaged 6.4 players against 0.8 for the ones that don't. Your schedule sets that tag. See the numbers.
  • In-game countdown. The same schedule writes Rust's own wipe-timer convars, so players see the countdown without asking you.
  • Rust+ is not working yet. Companion pairing returns an error we have not solved, so we do not claim it. We will say so here the day it works.
04 · Hardware & safety

The boring bits,
done properly.

Rust leans hard on one fast CPU core, so that's what we buy. Everything else is there so a bad night never costs you the wipe.

  • High-clock CPUs, DDR5

The fastest single-core chips we can get, with dedicated DDR5 that isn't shared or oversold.

  • DDoS filtering

Always on, tuned for game traffic, in every location.

  • Backups you restore in one click

Take one before you wipe and restore it from the dashboard in one click. Up to 3, 7, 14 or 30 backups kept, by plan.

  • Two-factor login

Authenticator-app 2FA with backup codes on your account, and sub-users so nobody needs your password.

All of it.
